This page explains what EsimCarry is, how buying and using a plan works, and what to do if something goes wrong. It's written in plain language on purpose — this is not yet a full legal document, and it will be replaced by one.

What we sell

EsimCarry sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM, for use while travelling abroad. A plan gives you a fixed amount of data valid for a fixed number of days, for the country or region you selected. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal — every purchase is a one-off.

Pricing

All prices on the site are shown in US dollars (USD) and include everything you'll be charged for that plan — there are no hidden fees added at checkout. Any promo code discount is applied and shown before you pay.

Delivery

After payment, your eSIM (QR code and activation instructions) is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes. You can also track your order and view your eSIM details at any time on your order page, without needing an account.

Device compatibility

eSIM support depends on your phone model, its software version, and sometimes your carrier. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before buying. If you're not sure, check your phone settings for an eSIM option or see your device maker's documentation.

Using your plan

Install the eSIM profile before you travel, but only turn on its mobile data once you've arrived in the covered country or region — activating it while still on your home network can start (or waste) your validity period early on some plans. Once a plan's data or validity period runs out, it cannot be extended; you can buy a new plan or, where offered, a top-up for an eSIM you already have.

Refunds

We don't yet have a published, automatic refund policy. If something goes wrong — the eSIM doesn't arrive, doesn't work, or was billed incorrectly — contact support and we'll look into it and resolve it case by case.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
